When there is short supply of milk and more demand the milk man adds up more water in the milk adulterating it. One packet of milk becomes two packets of milk and water and he earns double the amount for same quantity of milk
Milkmen or milk sellers adulterate the milk for profits. They get more money when they sell more. And they sell more when they have more milk in supply..it'a a simple thing.
Any kind of adulteration is meant to achieve more and more profits in business.
