when and how did you become interested in the foodservice industry?!

I did at an older age then most, I had worked in the car rental industry for 12 years and then I went to culinary school when I was 27 and loved it. I thought I knew how to cook but found out there was much more to it. After graduation I worked in the food industrie until this day. Worked my way up from a cook, sous chef, executive chef, production manager etc. I have been in a hotel setting, supermarket (whole foods), corporate settings, hospitals and retirement communities. The places are endless.
