Can you tell me if I'm doing this right?!

Question: Can you tell me if I'm doing this right?
I cut up one piece of each different kind of fruit such an Apple, Watermelon, Grape, Kiwi, Mango, Blueberry, Strawberry, Blackberry, Raspberry and Cranberry. I then mix them in a glass container and then I eat them all to get the health benefits of each different fruit. I do the same with vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds.

I'm not really sure what you are asking about doing right or wrong here. You make yourself salads with different nutritional foods in them. You will get all of the vitamins and minerals and antioxidants and everything else that these foods offer whether they are mixed together or eaten separately. Do your research, though. You can get too much of certain vitamins and minerals which is not good for your health. Also, make sure you are getting different kinds of protein and fats in your diet. Those are both very important. If you are a vegetarian and don't get protein from meats, you can get different kinds of protein from different sources: soy protein from foods like tofu and tempeh or soy milk and soy nuts. You can get whey protein, and protein from eggs. Good fats are important as well. Nuts and seeds are a great source of good fats. You can also take Omega-3 supplements daily. Those help lower your risk of heart disease and high blood pressure as well as many other things. I recommend doing some research on the internet or speaking with a dietitian/nutritionist so you can understand what your body needs and how to get that.
