What is this Japanese candy called? Little purple people?!

I think they are Japanese? They come in these little purple packages and they are little purple candies in the shape of people or kinda like "gingerbread men" shape. When I lift up the little flap of the wrapper it has "Lion" brand. On one side of the wrapper it has little people like things. There is a purple one that has 3 arrows pointing to smaller ones. There is a white one that says 100%, a yellow one that says 80%, and a green one with 50% and then in green writing it has 30%.

Any idea what these are? I had them at my mother-in-laws house and they are yummy! I want to know what they are so maybe I can buy some online. :3
