Can anyone tell me how to lose stomach fat without gaining muscles?!


Question: Can anyone tell me how to lose stomach fat without gaining muscles?
What exercises should i do to lose stomach fat and other body fats without gaining muscles? I want to gain muscles but after i lose most of my body fat , i am not fat at all but i just have this little lump at the lower of my belly that i cant get rid of i tried pull ups for months and i gained abs without this fat disappearing so what can i do to remove it, and i dont want to alter my nutrition i just want to keep it in the exercises.

My brother had the same problem,so he goggled it and found a article saying that if you add vinegar to your food it will make your stomach flat.After a couple of weeks of doing that,his lump disappeared.As long as you do that and exercise ,the lump will flatten.

Cardio exercise burns fat. Run, bike, swim....anything that gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat. Actually, it's more ideal to lose fat and work on gaining lean muscle mass at the same time. For that you'll have to add weight training to your cardio regimen.



Mainly crunches and sit ups and exercise.
