should i make rosemary tea or just eat leaves? whats safer?!
Just wondering is eating the leaves better for you? I was planning doing that since teh tea could be too strong.

You should make rosemary tea and add thyme. It's an excellent antioxidant. It's helpful to cleanse your liver and your body all together. If you have a stomach ache, drink a few cups. Put more thyme than rosemary because rosemary can be pretty strong and add honey.
rosemary is a fairly strong herb
i would use it to flavor roast potatoes or roast chicken... it imparts the flavor a little, and doesn't overpower it like tea or eating the leaves.
