Question: What type of fat does the body store most?
* Unsaturated fat
o Monounsaturated fat
o Polyunsaturated fat
o Trans fat
o Cis fat
o Omega fatty acids:
+ ω?3
+ ω?6
+ ω?9
* Saturated fat
o Interesterified fat

Answers:

None of these are stored any more easily than the others.

Fat is stored when we consume more energy than we burn. That energy could be in the form of any fats, any carbohydrates or any proteins - whatever is excess to the body's needs.

However, it's worth bearing in mind that monounsaturates and omega fatty acids (essential fatty acids) are good for you and have a positive effect on your cholesterol level, while saturated and trans fats are very bad for you.

Hey buddy got your answer the most common fat is belly fat followed closely by rear end fat then flabby under arm fat. I am sure this helps
