Grapes are a fruit so compared with foods which are high in fat, they are better for you BUT they are full of sugar; natural sugar maybe but sugar nonetheless.

Eating too much fruit can upset your tummy because of the fibre content as well as the natural acidity. It might well give you bad wind! I had a personal trainer once who told me never to eat fruit past lunchtime as the high levels of sugar affect your body's ability to burn fat in a bad way.

The best food to eat to satisfy a craving in between healthy meals is low fat protein such as lean meat or fish.

you cant lose weight eating just grapes. Your need to eat a balanced diet with sensible portions. 3 meals a day is recommended and keeping a routine for your body to adapt too is very healthy, i.e. eating around the same time. Drinking lots of water is good and you need to back this up with regular 'light' excersise e.g. an hour every other day. This will help to trim your body, increase your metabolic rate and most importantly keep the weight from coming back on.

Grapes are pure sugar

Eat more dark green and dark red vegetables and talk up a walking program

No because they have a lot of sugar in them - you would need to eat them in sensible portions.

if grapes are anything like cookies- then no.
