Quick, filling breakfast ideas?!


Question: Quick, filling breakfast ideas?
Since I'm in school, I eat once in the morning and don't eat again until 12. I usually eat a Greek yogurt and a protein shake for breakfast. Any other foods I could eat that are low in calories and keep you full?

Answers:

Breakfast burritos. You can make them low fat by using low fat low carb tortillas and using turkey breakfast sausage with reduced fat cheese. Make them on sunday and freeze them individually and just microwave it in the mornings before school. Oh by the way proteins keep you fuller longer than carbs.



Oat so simple do microwaveable packs which are lower in calories than cereal with milk, just use boiling water instead of milk and add whatever topping you like!! fresh fruit etc...quick, healthy, filling and simples!! i would also drink a glass of water or orange juice with this because it will make the oats expand in your stomach and make you feel fuller longer.
you could also included innocent smoothies into your breakfast...only fresh fruit in there so very healthy, much better than concentrated orange juice full of unneccacary sugars
or try a wholewheat bagel with low fat cream cheese :)



Water! 3 glasses and you won't feel hungry at all. Also, a slice of bread can keep you full for hours :)
