Does eating junk food make me lazy?!

Question: Does eating junk food make me lazy?
Will having a lot of junk food in my diet make me feel lazy most of the time? If so then what kind of diet will help me feel energetic and motivated most of the time...I'm not talking about taking an energy drink for quick energy, I mean a diet to be energetic throughout the entire day and all the time

Yes, crappy food can make you very lethargic. Your body has to use all its energy to constantly work on digesting over-processed foods and chemicals. Junk food is also, in fact, addictive, so the more you eat the more you will want to eat. You should try to switch to a well-balanced and mostly raw (fruits and vegetables) diet. Have you ever had fresh fruit juice from a juicer? It's the most amazing energizing feeling in the world! And when you start to eat very healthily, you become addicted to that feeling and your body actually loses interest in most junk foods.

Not only will eating junk food make you lazy I suggest you are already lazy because you eat junk food!
It takes little time to actually make or cook yourself something which is far healthier for you, but laziness means you wont do that.
Discipline yourself go out and buy healthy then you just have to prepare and eat and yes you will have much more energy.

Perhaps especially if it is carbs BC these turn to sugar instead of give junk food completely up start getting alternative junk food made from multi grain . You still get the great taste but you don't get the sugar crash later.

Yes junk food will make you feel lazy and tired and is horrible for you. If you want to feel energetic eat whole grains, fruits and vegies..I love greek yogurt too :-)
