I used to be a pop (soda) addict (Mt. Dew); now I've not had any pop in 2 years. How do I do the same 4 candy?!
Candy or any junkfood? How do I completely give those up? Cuz I always all the time am trying to, will do fine for 6 weeks, then will just crave it around the time my period comes and pig out on junkfood. I've also tried 1 sweets a day, 1 sweets per week...both don't work I always crave more. How do I give these up the same way I gave up pop and how long will it take for the junkfood cravings to go away, for the most part, so that I can be around it and not crave it?

Start eating fresh and dried fruits to refrain you from eating the candy yet helping you get a health snack in you diet and eventually you won't crave the sugars that is in the candy, this no more candy addiction
