how about answering those cravings with some healthy sweet fruit? chopped apples, pears, grapes, melon, and bananas are a healthy way to keep you from indulging in something full of fat, for instance an after dinner dessert cake.

Yes I do also and usually have an ice-cream or similar.
I do not like sweets, so no problem for me. Just start to cut down on this and eat better sweets such as fruits.
