Question: I always need something sweet maybe an hour after i eat a meal?
Are any of you this way? How can I stop feeling like this after a meal?

how about answering those cravings with some healthy sweet fruit? chopped apples, pears, grapes, melon, and bananas are a healthy way to keep you from indulging in something full of fat, for instance an after dinner dessert cake.



I get like this. Just drink water and tell yourself your not hungry. Or have some gum

Yes I do also and usually have an ice-cream or similar.



I do not like sweets, so no problem for me. Just start to cut down on this and eat better sweets such as fruits.
