From what you're saying, you're possibly looking for any "reasonable" excuse to cover your height, honey. To me, I wish I can be even shorter than 5'3. Short young girls get the good looks and charm around guys they want anyways, so what's there to fear? You're lucky, haha. Back to my response though (sorry!), no, it has absolutely nothing to do with your caffeine-aholic. Basically, from what I understand, it is what you consume as nutrition and minerals from your daily meals. From personal experience, I am an asian. I eat lots of vegetables, fruits, and rice every single day. It is no wonder I have not grown an inch taller for the past 4-5 years. It is so sad, but on the other hand, my YOUNGER siblings are much taller than me. The only meaningful explanation is due to their mouth-watering feast on "fatty" food. Personally, I do not like consuming any cuisines but Vietnamese food. That is just simply on my part which is the absolute reason of the oldest turning out to be the shortest!
Personal experience.
depends.. if you are drinking coffee instead of eating nutritious foods it can stunt your growth cause you aren't getting all the nutrients you need.
If you are just drinking coffee as well you should be fine... other than the side effect of death! jk.
I started drinking coffee when I was about 14 and don't think it has anything to do with the fact that, too, am 4'11". Both my parents were short.
I've been drinking coffee since I was 12, I was 5'1 then. Now I'm 15 and have been 5'5 for about 9 months. So coffee didn't really have any effect on me, I'm happy with my height
Coffee is certainly not the only reason, perhaps there are other reasons you do not know
Coffee is not the reason.
