Has my height growing process been totally stopped?!
okay. Hi i was born in 1992 july 20. Two couple years ago my height was around 4'58''. And a couple year ago was 5'3''
and a year ago i was 5'4''. And now i'm around 5'6''. I hadn't cared about my health before. I used to have no protineous food, no plenty amount of water and no any exercises neither i played any games.
I wanna care about my health now. I'm thin too....if i do many exercises, have fruits and foods containing more calories and drink water, will it help me to gain weight and height? And i think i'm reached at my maximum height. But i'm still growing up. I've seen many differences than last year. Please help me.

I'm no expert on this, but I know my twins boy and girl are about your age. They grew taller during their high school years. I also know that boys tend to grow a little longer than girls. Here's a website that has nutritional information all tons of issues' answers. You may want to check it out.
