What are some foods/drinks I should have while feeling nauseous?!

Question: What are some foods/drinks I should have while feeling nauseous?
I have had some sort of bug since thursday night that makes me feel nauseous, achy, and have a high fever. Last night my fever broke and I am feeling much better but I am still feeling nauseous. I have been drinking plenty of water and only eating a little bit. I have only eaten some saltines and a few popsicles since yesterday and I believe a reason for me feeling so nauseous is from the little i've eaten. So is there any other foods or drinks that I can eat while feeling nauseous?

Ginger will soothe a stomach. Other than that, the "BRAT" diet is tried and true by my family. Bananas, rice, applesauce and toast.

A little Brandy 7-UP cocktail will work for any ailment too, and I grew up drinking them when I was nauseous.

Good luck. If you get worse, head to Urgent Care.

Chicken Soup, A 500 Milligram Vitamin C Pills, take 1 before bed and one when you wake up. Room Temperature Ginger Ale, or Therma Flu, Lemon Flavor, this works really well and fast. take that before you go to bed and when you wake up the next morning you should feel a lot better. To get rid of that fever even faster. repeat process until you feel better. it shouldn't take more than 5-6 days but if it does be patient and that fever will be gone before you know it. Get Well Soon.

Cream crackers. I believe they are called Graham crackers in the US
Arrowroot biscuits.
Toast
Chicken soup.
