Just aborable!
I swallow 1 clove of garlic a day. The garlic capsules cost a few bucks, so since I use garlic in almost all of my savvy dishes, I just pop one in my mouth daily, just like a vitamin.
It's very strong in taste, pungent to the tongue with a hint of a burning sensation, but nothing extreme.
I try not to bite on it, your breath will be strong for a few hours. But if you ever have a toothache, just crush fresh garlic and cloves, they both numb your gums to sooth the pain: See, now you have a great remedy too!

Hot and very strong. And very tasty, i might add. I love garlic, but the cooked ones.
My husband loves them raw in his sandwiches.all sandwiches, and grated over his meals.
Crushed garlic butter,,dried mixed herbs a bit of salt,mixed well. It can be rolled in clingfilm and stored iin the freezer for future use. Add to cooked spaghetti,
Cut baguette diagonally,but not right through,fill with garlic butter and cook in the oven till done.
Sliced mature cheddar cheese and very fine slivers on top.
My Husband has not had a cold for a long time now.
