if you have time try enchiladas, tacos, picadillo, chile verde, chile colorado..i cant think of anything else:/ if you dont have much time i agree wit that guy quesadillas lol but sour cream in quesadillas? i have never tried that it sounds weird lol like idk im mexican i grew up around all mexican food and neveer heard of that lol.
Quesadillas are easy and quick to make. Fry tortillas with cheese and a little bit of chili powder until they are crisp and serve them with salsa and sour cream. You can add meat or vegetables if you like.
