Is it a good idea to have an "all fruit" breakfast?!

Question: Is it a good idea to have an "all fruit" breakfast?
Say a mix of apples, bananas, papaya, etc? Or should breakfast also include some bread, some milk, etc?

Not every day but every now & again, yes.

Hey, everyone's different. If it works for you, it works. But personally, it'd give me indigestion and nowhere near enough energy for the morning. They say breakfast is the most important meal and sets you up for the whole day - you'd be doing your body a greater service if you gave it something balanced (i.e. with starchy carbs, proteins and a little fat, as well as some veg/fruit matter). But like I say, if the rest of your diet is balanced and it works for you, it's probably fine.

No. Just because its fruit it dosent mean it's healthy to only eat that for a meal.
At breakfast especially our body is craving some nutrients after 12 hours of no food.
The best thing you can do it balance breakfast. Have carbs yes, but have a piece of fruit with a carb such as wholegrain to make you last till lunch. And add some protein for energy and muscle growth. Such as peanut butter, nuts or eggs.

A fruit salad is good every so often, but too much of it and you'll get 'the runs'

I would say no. This is the best time of the day to get carbs, fats and protein. That will help you get to lunch with optimal energy. Fruits are good too since the natural sugars last longer than sugars from candy (low Glycemic index), but the body needs more than just fruit.
