What's the best thing you've ever ate!!!?!

>The BEST food I have ever eaten was in Hong Kong. It is a rich beef with gravy, black Chinese mushrooms and about 4 different kinds of steamed noodles. The beef is poured over the top of the noodles which are served piping hot. It is served on a huge platter. I could never get enough! Nobody here in the United States has EVER been able to make that like they do in Hong Kong - out of dozens of top Chinese restaurants, not one has EVER gotten it right here in the US.

The second best food were deep fried tempura prawns, giant ones, and I ate them in Tokyo. This was with steamed Japanese rice, tempura sauce and some small cooked vegetables. OMG! Those prawns were gigantic, and I have never found anything like them here in the US either.

Clam Chowder at Gracie's Sea Hag in Depoe Bay, Oregon. Creamy, with sweet clams and butter.
