No food and no water ,you will die. Your body needs fluid far mare than food and from the sound of it you are already suffering from dehydration . You must replace the fluid in your body but water alone is not enough if you are not eating .You must get yourself to a doctor or A&E to get the fluids and your electrolyte balance sorted also to see what damage you may have done already.
Why are you not eating and drinking?

Yes it is serious, you sound like you are at the early stages of malnutrition.
You are not close to death, you will just crumple up in a heap on the ground, in pain until assistance arrives.
A glass of water isn't going to help you at all, there is nothing nourishing in water.

See a Doctor urgently.

You need to start some high vitamin drinks.

Firstly, this is really bad for your health if you are not drinking and eating properly. You need to eat and drink regularly as your body requires a balanced diet. If you are doing this to lose weight, this is not the right way and your are beautiful no matter what.
YES drink water right now, straight away- and please start eating! you are starving yourself. :(

YOU NEED TO BE IN THE HOSPITAL. THE NURSE HERE, ABOVE, GAVE YOU GOOD ADVICE. YOU HAVE SERIOUS PROBLEM. IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT, SOMETHING HAPPENED TO YOU TO DISTORT YOUR MIND. YOU CAN'T UNDO IT ALONG, YOU NEED TO TALK TO PEOPLE. YOU PROBABLY NEED HOSPITALIZATION, AFTER THEY GET YOU HYDRATED AND EATING, I MEAN A PROGRAM FOR ANOREXIA. A LOT OF YOUNG PEOPLE,AND SOME OLDER PEOPLE, HAVE THIS. YOU ARE NOT ALONE, THERE IS HELP, BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO TRY HARD AND FOLLOW ADVICE.

You say you need help. Go to the ER. You were given this life, and you need to look after it. GO TO ER/TELL SOMEONE - A FRIEND/TEACHER/PARENT/CARER/NEIGHBOR now! Please )':

Your probably starving yourself and you might be dehydrated

I REALLY think you need to see a doctor.
(not in the crazy way)

really close dont think of suicide

Why haven't you eaten or drank anything for 5 days?

You can go for 30 to 80 days without eating as long as you drink.

Severe calorie restriction has dire physical effects. When your body doesn’t get the fuel it needs to function normally, it goes into starvation mode and slows down to conserve energy. Essentially, your body begins to consume itself. If self-starvation continues and more body fat is lost, medical complications pile up and your body and mind pay the price. Don't forget your heart is a muscle and can be damaged from starving oneself.

These are some of the side effects you may experience from not eating:

Severe mood swings; depression
Lack of energy and weakness
Slowed thinking; poor memory
Dry, yellowish skin and brittle nails
Constipation and bloating
Tooth decay and gum damage
Dizziness, fainting, and headaches
Growth of fine hair all over the body and face
?Loss of at least 3 consecutive menstrual periods (in women).
?Not wanting or refusing to eat in public
?Anxiety
?Weakness
?Brittle skin
?Shortness of breath
?Obsessiveness about calorie intake

There are many medical risks associated with anorexia. They include: shrunken bones, mineral loss, low body temperature, irregular heartbeat, permanent failure of normal growth, development of osteoporosis and bulimia nervosa.

Continued use of laxatives is harmful to the body. It wears out the bowel muscle and causes it to decrease in function. Some laxatives contain harsh substances that may be reabsorbed into your system.

You may be anorexic or just fasting from other reason. This is not good and you need to seek help. You don't give us much info about yourself so we don't know how to direct you to the proper care.
If you have an MD, see her on Monday and discuss your problem or if you are in school see the guidance councilor. You should be able to discuss this with your parents or some family member, also.
