Question: Who can answer this question about SNAP also known as food stamps?
Do you get a discount from stores when you use a snap or food stamp card??
If so how much??

yes... idk how much though...

I have an EBT/ snap/ Foodstamp card and no you dont get any special discounts, u cant buy any "hot foods" Like the pre-made hot Chickens at the deli,or restaurant purchases with it, but like the others said, u do not get charged sales tax which is great.

The snap program is only in certain western states. Every state has different rules. In Florida you use your card just like a debit card and cannot purchase non food items. No special discounts.

Not as a general rule. And there are certain items you can't buy with a SNAP card.

They dont give you a discount,but you dont get charged taxes...wich i guess is its own lil dicount n a way...

they don't charge you taxes.
