Caffeine and sugar is a stimulant, the way it's affecting you, sounds like you have a low tolerance of stimulants.
Stimulants are supposed to make your heart beat faster, make it so it's harder to sleep easier to stay awake, but when only a little bit is doing that, that's not a good thing.
I would need more information, has this been affecting you your entire life or is it something that just came on recently?
If recently did you change your diet?
Do you have any problems eating fruits or drinking any juices?
I'd also say to have your blood sugar level checked out, see if you might have diabetics.
Also get tested for allergies for sugar and caffeine.
I'd suggest going to a doctor.
A change of diet can cause stuff like this also some people have problems eating processed sugar, like whats in candy and no problems eating unprocessed sugar like that in fruits.
Good luck! I hope the information helps!

Chocolate has a lot of fat in it not just sugar so if you combine fat with caffeine that's a bad mix for anyones heart not just yours
