Hi,

I understand the problem you’ve been going through when trying to lose weight and flatten your stomach. My friend was in the same situation as you, nothing seemed to work for him until he came across the truth about six-pack abs. He’s had great success with it, and maybe this is something which could be right for you. Good luck !

step 1) go onto google
step 2) search health and fitness
step 3) read, read and read more until you have a full understanding of this subject.

after this you will know all you need to know about gaining muscle aswell as keeping your bodyfat percentage low.

Do muscle excercises, such as boxing and sit ups and push ups...cardio does help with muscle but is more of a fat burner (eg. running) eat more protein en-riched foods such as beef, lentils, nuts and fish like salmon and mackrel good luck...bring owwn the muscle!! lol xxx

Take up running. You will lose fat fast and long distance runners don't really gain any muscle besides in the legs of course.
