What is an example of a food that you?!
hate and you are sure that if someone fixed it properly that you would get over your lack of taste for it. For me that food is corn bread. I've had it almost never to my liking but I am sure that the right cook will fix it amazing and then my mind will change.

Sweetbreads.Kidney. Never had a good experience with either.
Cornbread is delicious since I have had it made many different ways by different people. Only One time it did not work for me. When it is made right, it is wonderful warm & tasty. I like it with a good homemade chili.
I agree with you, I personally hate cornbread, but maybe there is a cook out there that knows how to serve it well.
