Which breakfast is healthiest?!
Oatmeal with 1/2 cup of non-fat milk and blackberries
2 eggs on a slice of wheat toast with a pinch of veggie cheese and a thin slice of ham and blackberries
or 2 egg whites with the toast and everything else above for the other egg option
I really like to have some kind of carb for breakfast btw, so for the eggs I really like having toast

Hi Hanna, if you are talking about one breakfast then they are all pretty much the same as long as you have a variety over a number of days the would all be good for you. there is no need to be worried over one breakfast you seem to have a good balance with what you have already suggested. I would not worry or get obsessed over this. I hope this helps, all the best. Rab

It is a mis-conception that egg whites only are healthy - the whole egg including the yolk are extremely digestible and good for your body.
It is also a misconception that fat free or low-fat milk is more health than whole milk, In fact, your body needs some of the dairy fat in order to function properly. Cheese is a very good food, the protein has already been made easier to digest by the process of becoming cheese. Yogurt, using whole milk, is also a very healthful choice which is easy to digest because the proteins have been broken down into easier to digest elements during the yogurt making process.
I would re-work each of your menus to include the whole milk, real cheese, and whole eggs, thereby making your diet much more nutritious and balanced.
I would go for
Oatmeal with 1/2 cup of non-fat milk and blackberries
OR
2 egg whites with the wheat toast and everything else above for the other egg option
depends on your body type and if you work out and what not. I would eat oatmeal made with milk and fill it with a banana, blackberries, strawberries (any fruit) and some brown sugar. But I don't really work out. If you're really active go for the white eggs, protein..!

If you are a healthy individual with no cholesterol or weight problems, all of your choices are healthy. Protein takes longer to break down into sugar and is supposed to give one longer lasting energy and keep you full longer. If that is your goal, go for one of the egg choices. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you have made some excellent choices. I would eat a different breakfast each day so you don't get bored eating the same thing.
If your going to do eggs then don't just use the whites. The yolks of the eggs have the nutrients that are good for you. Also the rumors saying eggs have bad cholesterol that isn't true.
The oatmeal is a great option as well.
I would go with the Oatmeal because that seems to be the healthiest but Eggs are good for you because they are a good source of Protein but without the toast and also carbs are not good for you. So I would go with the Oatmeal.
The first two are the most healthy. Try not to eat the same one everyday. Maybe switch off every two days.
I think the oatmeal is the best.
its the nicest adn does keep you full for long!!
The second one.
