Which breakfast is healthier?!

Question: Which breakfast is healthier?
I'm going on a long journey tomorrow
I don't know if i should have my usual (2 slices of wholegrain, with 2 tbsp jam/jelly overall)
Or a skinless chicken breast sandwich (2 slices, wholegrain)

Which is healthier? Seeing as i won't be getting off my bum for the whole entire morning, and then having burger and fries for lunch

Answers:

I will go for the chicken breast with 2 slices of wholegrain bread. It give you more time to burn/digest it compare to the other one with only jam/jelly.

I would have wth the jam/jelly, as its more like breakfasty. if you have with the chicken, then its more like a lunch. so its as if your having two lunches.
but try taking seomthign healthy, instead of the burger and chips? especially if your not going to be doing much exercise.
but its not like youl gain wieght over it. i mean.. one day with a bit of junk food and no exercise isnt going to make you gian a kilo. so really, i dont think it would matter too much.

but with the chicken, it might keep you fuller.

really, i think its up to what you want!!

The chicken sandwich would be the healthiest of the two. There's no law that says you have to have "typical" breakfast food in the morning. lol. I love leftovers for breakfast like spaghetti or w/e is left over. Left over rice with an over easy egg is about as close to breakfast food as I get. Enjoy your long journey. The protein from the chicken and grains from the bread will hold you over till lunch. :)

Hi Deannaa, You could always have your 2 slices etc.. for breakfast and make the chicken sandwich for lunch. This will save some money on the burger,be healthier, and the chicken won't go to waste. I hope this helps, all the best. Rab

I am a Chef.

I would go for the chicken sammie of those two, but I would suggest you have some eggs or oats for breakfast instead.

Have the chicken , the protein will keep you fuller for longer !
