Why is it so hard to find beef or turkey pepperoni. I dont eat pork !?!

Hormel, which is a national brand, makes turkey pepperoni---I don't eat pork either, and this is really good! There is another brand, Margherite, that also sells it but I don't like the taste. If you are near a middle eastern store, many of them sell beef/halal products. I like to buy a spicey, beef turkish sausaga and use the same as pepperoni, it's called sujuk. Othere Middle Eastern cultures have similar products.
Its not Publix stores sell turkey pepperoni in the southeastern United States.
Because pepperoni isn't made from beef or turkey.
