Question: How many write ups can a rainforest cafe server get before getting let go?
My Husband already has one, and today he ran late because, of his alarm... Is there a high chance he would be fired?

If you live in an "at will" state he can be fired without any reason whatsoever.

No not If it's his first offense but usually companys do 3 write ups.
