Question: Uhm help please, I ate yogurt thats been sitting out for 3 days!?
Ok so half an hour ago, I ate a small cup of low fat strawberry activia yogurt that hasn't expired yet but was sitting out from the fridge from friday morning to sunday morning (today, when I ate it). Is this really bad, because the yogurt kind of tasted alittle bit grainy and stail.. but I wass soo so soo hungry! What should I do?

go sit on the toilet and get ready for the flow

It is too late to puke it up so you will have to get ready for what ever is going to happen. Relax, stay near the bathroom. You might have the "runs" and you might throw up. If the container was well sealed and there wasn't any bacteria in it besides the regular yogurt culture you might be okay.

Don't leave food out. BAD DOG!

If you get sick, make sure you stay hydrated by drinking water and even some ginger ale or gator ade as they will help to balance your electrolytes.

Don't eat anything else for a while to see what is going to happen. If you get really sick, have someone take you to the hospital or doctor and have them take a sample to see if it really was the yogurt or another nasty that you got into. In Canada that would cost you nothing, in America it will cost you a lot. Sorry.

Nothing, you will be ok, so little, will not affect you and it was probably safe.

That was a bad idea

It won't kill you, but make sure that does not happen again

i don't think anything too serious will happen

Well..... yogurt is a milk product. You could get sick....

you might get sick but good luck!!!

I'm sure it will be fine x
