Question: Homemade sorbet without a machine?
I was watching tv today and they made home made sorbet without a machine, and I was wondering, how?
Like the recipes, how long etc..

Yes, you can. The basic idea is that without an ice cream maker, you'll need to at least scrape and stir the frozen pulverized fruit + sugar syrup (plus anything else you add) a few times then allow to completely freeze again in order to break up the ice crystals (otherwise, it will freeze into one big hard hunk). In the absence of that machine, it means making a trip to the frozen foods section of the grocery store.
