Japanese - you could do edamame (steamed soy beans), miso soup, sushi (not all of which contains raw fish, or fish at all... look it up! =D), teriyaki, sticky rice, etc...

Native Americans - bannock (a type of bread - many recipes available online), cornbread, dried meats, succotash...

For the natives you can do jerky. If you wat something else you need to look up certian tribes. See what tribes where native to your area. They all ate something diifferent. Just searching "what did native Americans eat" is to broad.

Or even fry bread wich was somethign the Navajos came up with when they were first put on tje reservations and had ony food rations.

Japanese could be anything.

Japanese: sushi, miso soup
Native americans: cornbread
