What does NSF mean when referring to vegetables?!
When I try to get nutritional info and log my calories there are NFS and NS options with many vegetables. I can't find anywhere what that means.
Answers:
NSA is No Added Salt.
NS I would guess would means No Salt.
But I am not sure on NSF but I really thin it has soemthing to do with salt content.
