Which is better for you, Nutella or Peanut Butter?!

Question: Which is better for you, Nutella or Peanut Butter?
I've always hated peanut butter, so Nutella is my alternative.

Answers:

Then why ask, if you hate peanut butter?
Just eat Nutella and you'll be steps ahead of people who hate their life.

Peanut butter is a much better choice, since natural peanut butters don't have all that sugar. Don't get me wrong - I'm a Nutella addict! But don't fool yourself that it's even remotely good for you. If you don't like peanut butter, try almond butter instead. It has a slightly different flavor.

Nutella has a lot of sugar which is not exactly healthy. Some peanut butter does too, but there are brands without a lot of sugar. And of course most people add sugar to their PB in the form of jelly or jam or honey so I guess if you use only the Nutella it's roughly the same as that.

Peanut butter is by far better for you. It has protein, and healthy fats. Nutella just has lots of sugar, plus it has hydrogenated oils, which can give you cancer.
But make sure to buy natural peanut butter, not the cheap Kraft type stuff :)

It will be te Peanut Butter, but there is bad in both for different reasons. Peanut Butter is high in fat, and Nutella is high in sugar, so take your choice.

peanut butter, always go for protein over empty calories. Get the natural peanut butter instead of the regular kind since the regular one is loaded with salt and sugar.

I love both! Sometimes I feel like peanut butter, other times I feel like Nutella.

organic peanut butter is healthier unless your pregnant or planing to be as the studies open questions about passing peanut allergy's
