Ask your mom if you can help her make dinner, she'll like that. Then you can make suggestions while the two of you are making the meal. Be nice to her, that'll help. Tell her what you'd like for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner, tell her what your favorite foods are. Instead of looking for excuses not to eat, do what you can to make what's on the table something you want to eat!
You can't keep making excuses and just grow up and accept that they are doing their best for you.
Suggest a few changes and if you know anything about cooking ask your mother to try things you would all enjoy.
"Mom, Dad; your food makes me want to barf. That is all." good luck
start cooking for yourself.
