Waht's the difference between hotdogs, wieners, and franks?!


Question: Waht's the difference between hotdogs, wieners, and franks?
Answers:

in my world their all the same
maybe its the meat thats in em
all beef, pork, chicken, turkey and any combination



Wiener is the name given to the sausage in USA. A hotdog is the sausage in the roll and the Franfurter is the original german sausage used for hotdogs.



Wieners (Viennas) and franks (Frankfurters) are the sausages that go inside a split bread roll to make a hot dog.



I know that wieners are just another name for a hotdog.
