in Estonia had pigs ear as a starter ,loved them ,any1 know a butchers where you can buy fresh pigs ears?

I don't know what sort of area you live in but a farm shop that butchers its own meat would probably have them.

Just try your local butcher. They may not have them on display, but they might sell them to you.
