What is your favourite type of cake?!

Question: What is your favourite type of cake?

I'm running a cake sale in a couple of months and i was wondering what you favorite types of cakes are which are easy to make but will be sold out so i was wondering if you would tell me the following:
Favorite type of tart
Favorite type of muffin
Favorite type of cupcake
Favorite type of scone
and any other ideas which would be good for a cake sale

Answers:

Tart...apple and cinnamon
Muffin...good ol' blueberry
Cupcake...toffee :) cream cheese frosting
Scone...plain with a few rasins, fresh clotted cream and jam are a must!!
My favourite cake is carrot cake :)
I would also suggest making white chocolate and raspberry cookies...sell like hot cakes!!

MUFFIN = Chocolate chip muffins

CUPCAKE = chocolate with chocolate icing

CAKE = ice cream cake! YUM!

Chocolate cake with chocolate frosting..

I prefer mango mousse cake or chocolate.

Only Cheese Scones.

pumpkin cheese cake sprinkled with nuts and drizzled with hot fudge sauce.

I like chocolate cake…
