what to eat for breakfast?!
so i have heard a few thing i know i need carbs for breakfast but not to eat grease. i get done with pt at 0730 after doing a hour of push ups and sit ups i will take a shower and go to the defac for breakfast...its always the same omelet bar , boiled or scrambled eggs, bacon turkey bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and any type of cereal you can think of. white wheat or rye bread with a toaster, fruit and fixin like powered sugar, salsa, raisins, cheese, jelly, ect. white rice, juice milk (whole, skim, and chocolate)and donuts.so what shoulld i eat

Scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, wheat toast and a fruit. Milk on the side.
