German rye-bread, Quebec margarine, Dutch Edam cheese, Canadian cheddar cheese, Italian cherry jam, Kenyan coffee, Costa Rica banana, Japanese pear, Kamut (an ancient fertile-crescent/Egyptian) grain cereal grown in the USA.

I had porridge/oatmeal, cooked with 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of skim milk & 1 cup of water. After cooking, I stirred in 1 Tb of smooth peanut butter & 1 Tb of natural bran.
The meal was high in fibre and protein, so it should keep me feeling full all morning.

I made myself a breakfast sandwich with ham, egg, cream cheese, and goat cheese sauteed in EVOO and butter on toasted sourdough bread. Usually I eat lighter, but I was just in the mood for something different today.

I had a poached egg, it was lovely! Simply, pour water in a frying pan, bring to boil, add a few drops of vinegar, drop the egg in, 2 minutes later you have a poached egg - serve on toast and its magic, and healthier than a fried one too!
