How do u get wrappers off lollies if they are stuck?!

Lol I got some lollies a few months ago been havnt been eating them cuz the wrappers won't come off I think cuz it's been so hot. It's like the wrappers have melted onto them or something. They are those boiled fruit lollies kinda like barley sugars only fruit flavored n have clear cellophane type wrappers. I've tried running water over one of them and picking away what I can, but it takes like 15 minutes n it doesn't all come off. It's so annoying cuz I bought 3 bags of them cuz they were going cheap lol now I know why!! Haha. Anyways, anyone have a better solution?
