I'm 15 and wanna lose weight and be as healthy as I can be and have more energy to do things I would never do. What kind of foods should I consider buying. My mom thinks it's good I wanna be healthy and I plan on doing exercise and using all natural products on my body.

Vegetables! Green ones...broccoli, spinach, asparagus... fruits.. cut out all of the processed foods.. no sweets, chips, burgers, pizza, NO sodas.. Drink plenty of water and milk!
Eat brown rice and whole wheat pastas. Proteins are important, so lots of fish, turkey, chicken. Try to stay away from red meats.
