If lack of time is a factor, take a granola bar and eat it on the way to school. I don't know why you feel nauseous in the morning; that may be something you want to discuss with your doctor. If you can think of anything you might be able to tolerate, prepare it the night before so you can just grab it in the morning. Peel and section an orange the night before and put it in a baggie in the fridge, or grab an apple on your way out. There are a lot of options, but you need to get rid of the nausea first.
You can't really make yourself eat breakfast. However, some people just dont like breakfast foods, so try eating other things like soup or things you would have for lunch, for breakfast. If that doesnt work, then just bring snacks into school to eat before lunch.
