1)meatball sandwich from Subway. 2)instant oatmeal but not plain. 3)gv bbq potato chips. 4)a large mushroom and pepperoni pizza.

1. club and my favorite is lamb sandwich - soft lamb meat with Greek tzatziki sauce
2. Post cranberry - but that's my treat - I usually eat whole wheat cereal
3. for now I say sushi
4. I have a lot of favorite but right now I'm thinking a soft steak with shiitake mushrooms and sauce with whole wheat pasta coated melted mozzarella and garnished with fresh parsley and grilled zucchini
