Brown means dried out. Throw it out.

Color is not an indicator of quality or spoilage. How does the thawed meat smell? If it doesn't smell sour or off, it is fine. Air can turn red meat brown, that's typical. In fact, some grocers dye meat that has turned from red to brown because consumers see red meat as "Fresh", even if it isn't.

its not fresh any more and probably wont taste as good but you can still eat ir
try boiling it (rather than grilling) so it becomes moist

They will not be dry, thre is nothing wrong with it. It has just oxidized..

Do NOT boil it.
