POLL: Which do you prefer, Mashed Potatoes or Homemade French Fries?!

I like to cook my own chips, particularly if the oil has been used a couple of times.

Home made mashed taters.
I also like the russet or red taters, I mix them with Idaho sometimes and add Onion and Chives to taste.
If I eat a Home Fry, it is large cut , skin on and baked, then lightly breaded, (corn meal) fried to finish it off.

I was a chef when I was younger.

Mashed, and although it wasn't in the running, twice baked potato's. Mash your potato's season add chedar cheese and any other cheese you like and put in a buttered bowl, sprinkle more cheese on top and a bit of butter put in over until golden brown.

It depends on what I'm having with it. If it's meatloaf, it's mashed. If it is a burger, it's fries.

French fries, but only if they're homemade.

It depends on what they are served with... some foods go better with mash and others with fries.

They are both good! But I choose mashed potatoes
