Question: Should i lose weight or am i healthy right now?
i am 5'2-5'3 and my weight usually flaunts between 103-105 i would like to lose 10 pounds and keep it off any advice on what to eat? i got the exercising part down.

you should only lose weight if it will make you happier. Since you are already exercising, just eat more fruits and veggies. Also, make sure you dont over eat. When you eat meals, take several sips of water, that way you wont over eat.

I think you mean that your weight fluctuates, and you are already on the small or thin side, if you're maybe 14 or older, so I wouldn't try to lose weight if I were you.



You are already underweight, please don't try to lose weight it is a very unhealthy thing to do.
