DO not eat meat ever,

Animal fat, in all meat and dairy products, gives humans terrible cholesterol problems. We're the only animals dumb enough to do this = no wild animal eats food that makes them sick.
Do not eat meat, chicken, dairy, that means no cheese, no milk or butter from animal sources.

Oatmeal is very very good for cholesterol, it actually helps remove the white clogging stuff in your veins.

Never use animal fat- no butter, no lard, no half and half. Only use plant oil, like olive oil, and keep your salt and fat to a minimum.

FIsh is meat too- and can be fatty. Although fish oils are healthier than other meats, I would avoid entirely and only eat wheatgerm oil, sesame oil, avocado oil, olive oil, or any vegetable oils with the same omega im them

Use your common sense: foods high in cholesterol or that can increase your body cholesterol are those of animal source, including meat (especially red meat), processed foods, and those high in saturated fats. On the other hand, foods lower in cholesterol include fruits and vegetables (that have high quantity of water).

It is true that the way you cook foods will interfere in your lipid profile, therefore grilling, baking, steaming are the most encouraged ways of cooking food; while frying (and deep frying) should be avoided.

The best diet I like to follow (and I actually do is the Mediterranean diet), with olive oil, fresh fruits and vegetables, poultry, olives, cheese (low fat), yogurt or sour (low fat), whole grain homemade pasta, etc. Really yummy:))))

Eat heart-healthy foods, such as whole grains, fruits and dark leafy grains.
Eat meals that include beans, Eggplant, okra, Fatty fish. nonprocessed vegetable oils like olive oils, apples, grapes, strawberries, citrus fruits, oysters, and mushrooms. Mushrooms, red yeast rice, and oysters contain lovastatin, a naturally occurring statin ''drug'' used for lowering cholesterol and for preventing cardiovascular disease.

Some natural products have been proven to reduce cholesterol. Add these ingredients to your food:
artichoke extract
Barley
Fish oil (found as a liquid oil and in oil-filled capsules)
Flaxseed, ground
Green tea extract
Garlic extract
Oat bran(found in oatmeal and whole oats)

Judging from nutritional facts, I recommend not eating dairy at all and limiting red meat because it is very high in saturated fat.

Avoid meat and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.Walnuts, avocado and garlic are meant to be good especially garlic.
