Each egg has about 5 grams of fat and 6 grams of protein however the fat is only present in the yolk whereas the protein is mostly in the white.
the egg yolk contains FAT SOLUBLE VITAMINS (A, D, E, K) is rich in potassium, zinc and essential fatty acids so is very nutritious.
