Question: How to add more protein to breakfast when all i eat is cereal?
I only have ceareal for breakfast...how can i add more protein?

Eat more cereal.



cereal IS protein- the wheatgerm type of cereal or stuff with soy in it. or add soymilk to it, or some yoghurt instead of milk ad let it sit.
Add nuts, peanuts, or walniuts and almonds - that's a good brekky right there.



Yogurt yes, the apple has no protien. Milk has protein. You would probably have to add something to your breakfast to get protein- such as yogurt, cheese or a meat. You could do a protein bar.



Add some nuts to your cereal. Yogurt contains protein.



Eat an egg a few mornings a week. Eggs are rich in protein.
