Meals that can feed around 150?!

Question: Meals that can feed around 150?
I need help of thinking about a huge meal (Or meals) that can feed a large quantity of people for my twin and I's graduation party. Every single time my family has a huge bash whether it be a wedding, funeral, random party, the main dishes ALWAYS consist of BBQ, Spanish rice, bread and potato salad.
It killed my brother and I when my mother said we were going to do the same thing for our party. We told her no, then she asked us what other dishes are fast, affordable, and easily prepared. Then we started to wonder about that---what else? I thought spaghetti, but my twin, out of pasta dishes--hates it. I was thinking bake potato, beef stew, or his favorite fettuccine alfredo ? We will throw in extra cash if than means feeding many but is a bit pricey. Dying for diversity. HELP!

Baked ham, scalloped potatoes or fettucine alfredo, buttermilk cornbread with honey, broccoli and pineapple salad, coleslaw. Fresh fruit salad with ice cream - you can hollow out some watermelons and make melon balls from cantalope and honeydew melons, pineapple wedges, toasted coconut and seedless grapes into a fruit salad and pack it back in the watermelons - carve them like a large basket with a handle and they they are the serving bowls.
